Two majestic beachside Yoga Shalas with a capacity for 20 people and 50+ people, respectively.
Idyllic private beach secluded from the more populous neighboring towns, with an inherent calmness that serves as a wonderful canvas for relaxation, healing and appreciation of the local natural scenery and wildlife.
Two fully equipped restaurants serving breakfast, lunch and dinner with a professional chef on staff who can curate your ideal meal plan during the retreat. All meals are crafted with locally sourced, organic and wholeheartedly delicious ingredients.
Luxurious Villas & Rooms designed with relaxing quartz bathrooms and Italian porcelain finishes, and boasting all modern conveniences such as air conditioning, King and Queen beds with Simmons Brand mattresses, free high-speed wifi, safety box, and balcony or terrace with outdoor dining area and hammock.

Azul offers comfortable and irresistible accommodations that provide your retreat participants with deeply satisfying rest and breathtaking views of the natural world.
Every room includes King and Queen beds with Simmons Brand mattresses (recognized worldwide for their excellent quality) 100% cotton sheets with 450 thread count, reliable air conditioning, free high-speed wifi, a comfortable desk to work in, a safe and a 32-inch flat-screen TV with fiber optics. Our Villas also come equipped with an exquisite rainfall shower with volcanic rocks for absolute relaxation in a private and quiet space.
We provide all of our guests with toiletries, bathrobes and towels. Our long-term living spaces include a balcony or terrace with an outdoor dining area and hammock, ceiling fan, laundry and room service, iron and ironing facilities.
Azul Ocean Club Resort has the following room options available:
Two Bedroom Luxury Garden Villa: For 7 guests. Garden View. Two private bathrooms. One Master Bedroom with King Bed, one Queen Bedroom with Queen Bed and three Sofa Beds. Contains a shared living room, kitchen, balcony, dining table and hammock.
One- Bedroom Luxury Garden Villa: For 6 guests. Garden View. Two private bathrooms. One Master Bedroom with 1 King Bed and two sofa beds, and a Living Room with 1 sofa bed and 1 rollaway bed. Includes a private balcony with a hammock, kitchen area, work area and dining area.
Superior Ocean Room: For 4 guests. Ocean View. 1 Master Bedroom with 1 King Bed, 2 Sofa Beds and private Balcony with restful hammock.

We are more than happy to help arrange flights for our guests flying to and from Liberia or San Jose. Liberia is the closest international airport, approximately 2.5 hours drive from Playa Azul, and San Jose is approximately a 5.5 hour drive from Playa Azul.
